Older Miller Gold Star 300A/BP TIG welder

    DSCN0155 (Large).JPG DSCN0156 (Large).JPG An older large TIG. There are a couple of older threads on HAMB about these 300A/BP Miller Gold Stars. The few guys that have them promote how well they work. It can also stick weld with the correct leads that plug into it. I do not have that.

    I never had a remote control, as it came from a plant where it was used on mass production bench work.

    I also do not have a gas bottle or a regulator for it. It did strike an arc when I tried it, but I've never used it.

    Huge machine with heavy duty rating and duty cycle. It weighs 850 I believe. I should have the manual here, and I will look for it. It is mounted on heavy duty wheels, and my son can load it with his bucket crawler into your truck or trailer.

    I assume it has tons of copper, but I won't scrap it unless I am forced to. I priced it very low for that reason.
