Older ford tranny I.D.

This tranny was in my 32 Ford frame when I got it. I can't find any markings on it. I was hoping it was a 32 and the serial number would be on it.
Anyone know what year it's from, is it worth anything to anyone?

No serial number on the B trans. The serial number was on the B engine.

 

It is a 32-34 Model B tans. The engine numbers on 4 cyl. engines in those years were on the upper bell housing. On the V8's the number was on the trans. Judging by the shifter it still has early gears inside the case.

 

No serial number on B engine. The serial number was on the flywheel housing for the Model B. The shifter tower is '32 based on the mounting bosses for the emergency brake. The rear mount looks like '32.
