    I have an art print hanging in my office a friend of mine painted of the Highway Host, almost looks like he stole your pic! Funny, he couldn't remember where it was from.

    here's one before they tore down the building for a new unemployment office. was the oldest existing sign here in moultrie. they are tearing down history here left and right. [​IMG]

    here's a one of a kind thats gone now, some of my earliest memories are of this station, it was supposed to be put in a mueseum but it was thrown away along with all of the drawings and photos of it. I used to go there with my dad in the seventies in the Plymouth to get gas. here's the link. http://www.roadsideamerica.com/tip/980

    The following batch are from my friend Greg Germani's website www.atlantatimemachine.com These are all taken in and around the Atlanta area .I encourage you to check it out when you have a couple of hours to kill, even if you've never been to Atlanta you'll still get a kick out of it.Theres a few that may be a bit o/t :confused: before and after shots of where old signs used to be and what it looks like now,hope it dosen't ruffle any feathers....[​IMG]
