Old dragster. Help

Can anyone identify the first dragster?

 

If my memory serves me right I think that was built by the Speed Sport crew. It used three of those Turbonique engines. I saw it run at Fontana once. If it isn't them then it must be someone else!

 

The world was a stranger place than even I remember...

 

And some serious doodads too! Do you think they ever made a 2nd pass?

EVERYTHING I ever saw or read connected to Turbonique was off the map over the top CRAZY! Somehow I imagine the driver spending the rest of his life in a fetal position under a bed in a mental hospital...unless he was a relative of The Michigan Madman!
