Yes, they sell them. I think theyre $125 each.
There's a guy who makes exact repros to original specs, and theres another place that makes them 2" wider.

I have the links on my desktop computer

That's good to know. When you can, I'd appreciate a post on that link, please. No rush at all. Gary

It's a '48 Western Flyer, a Canadian bus that had been built for the military in Canada. The couple that own it are from Ontario, and drive it all over the US and Canada. It had been mauve and pink, recent repaint in more appropriate :)D) colors gave a totally different look. It's powered by a Duramax/Allison combo, they report 14 mpg highway. Pretty cool, huh?

Here are pics of my son-in-laws 60's era freshly redone Scotty...well, the remains of it anyway. Apparently the ole Scotty didn't want to travel, started swaying, and upset. Gives new meaning to "Hitting the Road". Fortunately, no one was hurt.

^ Sure looks interesting... and at least you can stand up in it! I'd like something like that trailer done in modern materials, as light as possible. Gary

Is that a '59 Olds front? Fascinating.

Kinda looks like an Olds steering wheel, wonder what's lurking under there.

I haven't detailed it yet, but I have a hitch going on the back of my T in my build below. You can see it on the back of my chassis, two drop down tabs and it bolts through the rear cross member. It's removable so I don't have the ball hangin' out while not towing. It'll haul a teardrop or small trailer with pedal bikes, that's about it. Hope that helps.

Cool, post pics when you finish that.
I have an old hitch that was on my buddy's 41 coupe. It clamped under the rear spring and hooked onto the bumper.

I was looking at it over the weekend, and now I am definitely going to modify it to go on my 29 roadster! Ill have to make some sort of spreader-bolt in cross member that bolts to the frame but clears the torque tube, and weld a plate to it to bolt it under my rear spring. Then I have to do a couple pie cuts to get it to clear the rear of the car, but its all doable. Ill add some tabs for safety chains too.

I picked up a 48 kit trailer a few weeks ago, so now i am planning to pull it with my roadster!

Not exactly old but old looking. Built on a pop up camper frame. Built by a Hamber for a Hamber! Called the Whetzeldorf!
