Mike just checked out your post love your work you have a lot of great ideas going on. We can always learn from each other on the H.A.M.B.

 

Been doing a little here like getting ready to remove body . Once the body is on up on stands I can finish all the welding. Meanwhile while waiting for the guys to show up to help with the lifting I'm working on the transmission.

 

Had some friends over yesterday to lift body off of frame. Still lots of work to do but can see light at end of tunnel.

 

Just found your thread. Great job so far.
I really like the 33 dash. Going to look real sharp.

 

Thanks the dash took very little trimming to make it fit.

 

Did some painting on trans today and UPS delivered new saw horses to hold the frame will I finish some welding and then some painting.

 

Been moving a little slow lately but today I finished welding the top now comes all the sanding.

 

Chopped the windshield today had fun removing the rubber gasket but once I had the hang of it just came out a lot easier.

 

Just finished chopping rear window frame and adding stabilizer. Will be taking frame apart next week and do some finish welding then lots of sand8ng and prep for paint.

 

Your trans looks really good. What paint did you use? Bob.........

 

This is the paint I used it went on real nice with a small brush.

 

Blew apart the frame today so I can do the remaining welding and cleaning and then paint.

 

Finished the welding on my frame today but not without running out of wire on the last inch of weld.

 

Finished the frame and some spacers still lots of parts to go. Painting everything by hand meaning by brush the old fashion way call me crazy.

 

This is all the paint I used on the frame good stuff.

 

Did some prime and painting lots of parts LOTS OF PARTS! NEXT TIME POWDER COAT.. OH YES I PAINTED THIS WITH A BRUSH. WDER COAT.

 

Done table. Still more to paint. Good news motor is done going to pickup on Wednesday.

 

Motor is home still lots of work left to do before body goes back on chassis but a lot closer than yesterday.

 

Made wood pattern for windshield still needs some tweaking .

Getting to lower body onto cart so I Can start on the top insert.
