I did a search, as a matter of fact, I had responded to a couple of questions myself. I couldn't find a rebuildable 235 here, so rebuilt the 216 in my '52 chevy. I'm thinking that while I was fishing the 1/8" copper line through the block and up to the head, I may have pinched it a bit. I don't have the oil volume I think I should have. The tappets are noisy, but not dry. I adjusted the valves the other day, and because it was a quart low, I poured a quart over the rocker assembly before replacing the valve cover. It was quiet for a few minutes. Has anyone externally plumbed this oil feed?
