Offy 5825 Engine Adapter..What is it???

    Came across 2 of these adapters, don't know what they fit... can anyone ID them for me. Like to move them, once I know what they are.

    I don't have an Offenhauser catalog in front of me right now, but that transmission pattern looks like early Jeep.

    THATS RIGHT! Just looked in Dad's ancient Offy catalog! Exact description! Says they weigh 12 pounds too....
