Don't worry Jeff I wont let me down on that.
Looks like I am bringing a somewhat solid 12.5? car. 20160625_183919.jpg This a pic from yesterday when Jackson gave me a good spanking but I did get my first hang time with the left front.
Working on the video to get posted.

    James-

Getting the wheels up on that is impressive. I may just have to sneak in line behind you to have a shot at that 409

James the ol 409 ran team good yesterday even though I won it wasn't a spankin by any means but at least you lost with dignity mine loss the next round was just plain crappy driving one more reason I hate bracket racing a heads up run gives a guy a lot more reason to find the little things to make his car run better just like you do thanks for making the trip down to race I felt we had a good field of cars for such a short notice race and best of all everyone racing were good folks

That's right james in my book doesn't matter if it's 1/4" or 4ft if it's off the ground and daylight can be seen its a wheelstand lol

Feeling the stress here in the States as well. Consumed with bodywork (that I absolutely have zero patience for!) and still have not made any test hits at the track.

    Sincerely,

The entire time I was re tightening them, all I could think of was all the misery yours had caused you last year.
Should have the motor in Saturday morning.
Flywheel showed up today, along wit a new set of belts.
We look to be in fairly good shape.
    I hope.lol

my dad I will be attending for the first time this year. We will be making the 11 hour ride up from Mississippi in our vintage hauler. Ill be running our Fiat bodied altered and my dad will be in our 6 banger powered FED. Were more excited about this event than any event we've ever done!

Welcome! You guys won't regret making the trip. We drove 2000 miles each way from CA 2 years ago and were sick when we weren't able to attend last year! Happy to say we'll be back this year! Love the tow rig and cars! You guys are just gonna add to the event and will never be the same after attending! Safe travels!

One step closer, I have the axles and using the brakes from my old rear. Using the same gear 3:73, Strange spool and 35 spline axles. My bearing remover at work made it a lot easier to get the side bearings on and off. Driveshaft is ordered and should be here next week .
