No I don't think this is a unique Canadian Falcon I just think its Comet sheetmetal on the front, am I wrong ? Saw this for sale on a Canadian website, got me to thinking back in the early 70's I was looking at a 69 road runner walked to the front and it became a 70 super bee and another time looking at what was a 70 Challenger sure enough walked to the front and it became a 74 Challenger. I guess no different than a 57 ford ranchero becoming an edsel ranchero, ....fun with sheetmetal.
It is just 65 Comet front sheet metal, the doors are the same on 64-65 Falcons and Comets, just trim differences.Very simple swap,a little wiring and a few holes drilled, good to go,it is a common swap, especially on Rancheros. ROY.
I like it. Much better than the Falcon of that vintage. Is there an astronomical term for a Comet with a short tail?
The 66-67 Cyclone hoods are too big, length and width! The hood originated on the late 65 Cyclones, there is one on e-bay right now. They are cool looking but non-functional. ROY.
