I assume he is talking about a memorial service for the four police officers who were murdered in cold blood last week.

 

A career criminal walked into a coffee shop in Lakewood Washington last week and shot down four officers in cold blood. They were there after shift doing their reports. The killers family helped him evade police for several days until his luck ran out and he was gunned down by a Seattle officer. The killer was still carrying one of the slain officers weapons...

 

See, that made a lot more sense...thanks electrodude!...and for what it's worth, the dude should have just shot himself instead of taking out 4 cops...same goes for the guy that killed those 13 people on that military base...
