- O/T - I'm a Daddy!

Yes! Another hot rodder! On Saturday, November 25 my wife gave birth to first child, Diego Miguel. He was 4 weeks early only and weighed in at 4 pounds 4 ounces so he'll be spending some time in the hospital, but all is going well.

P.S. kinda scary bringing a child into this world, God only knows what the future will be like when he his our age. Will there be any gas?

 

Congratulations on the birth of your first child. My son CJ was 4 weeks premature and he had no health concerns after a week in neonatal ICU, at least I think that is what it was called. He is 16 no and healthy as a horse. You will have no problems with Diego. Enjoy being a daddy. The next step is grampa, don't rush it.

 

No way man, my kid is the coolest ever! Haha, j/k. I can't wait to bring him home. How you doing on sleep?

I have all sorts of ideas of things to build for him, including a pedal car like you have shown Jake. I think back to all the cool stuff my dad made for us when we were kids and realize how lucky we were (still are).

congrats...nothing like another future rodder...the one in my avatar was 4 weeks early and about the same weight now he is over 3 feet tall and 36 pounds...hes 2 and a half now and loves hot rods and wace caas!

 

Just got back from the hospital, sounds like Diego is progressing nicely and should be able to come home in a week. Yippy!

 

Good things come in small packages! Congratulations, got 2 money sponges of my own. A little bigger than that though.
