O/T Depainted my bike

    Started stripping a tank i had so i could paint it candy. Got most of it off with chemical stripper and decided to leave it like it was, half stripped. Its got its bare metal spots and peeling paint and generrally looks beat to death up close, i love it.

    Thanks, someday it will be painted candy. But for right now i am enjoying riding it without worring about scratching it. If it gets scratched it just adds to the look.

    Looks cool. even if it's not green! Are you gonna de-paint your plaque to match? Spk.

    No, the plaque stays orange since i still have the orange tins.

    Oh yeah, i did clear it. I used only the best rattle can clear on it and then promptly spilled gas all over it adding to the look (oops).
