How long do you spend on the computer sending posts to the H.A.M.B.??
If it takes two minutes to send a post and you have sent 4000 posts.
That is almost 66 hours on the computer.
I want to know where people find this time to do this stuff.
I know I just spent an hour on this computer when I should be out looking for a job or working on my 40 Ford.
    Thank you for your support

When you're getting paid while your posting it makes a difference.
Find a job that does that and you'll get your 40 built and you'll be able to post and get help with it here. There's only two things that fall under building a hotrod for me...
One of those things is learning and helping here. The other thing is my business...

I have a GREAT job where the majority of my day is not doing any real work. I spend about 1.5-2 hours a day here and searching for cars/parts.

If I could, I'd be in the shop working on something, but since I have to earn a living outside the shop, I enjoy reading here when not "working" at work.

there are days at work where I don't do anything all day. I read Hot Rod magazines and search the HAMB and ebay. sometimes I ride my exercise bike. I ought to bring in my pencils and start drawing again.

  10. Better than watching most of the crap on tv...Springsteen was right 57 channels and nothin' one...of course now it's like 557 channels...posting doesn't take much time it's reading all of the cool info, checking out the art show, looking for parts, reading the articles...that's where all of my time goes...time well spent as far as I am concerned

Dammit Mom leave these folks alone. You ruin all my fun.

And by the way the reason you sit at home and smoke Lucky's and watch Jerry Springer all day is you failed math class. It is 4000 * 2 = 8000/60 minutes = 133.333333 hours. Dad was right about you!

  18. I work graveyard, the only reason my job exists is so that if someone gets hurt, or a disaster happens, they can fire me and say they did something about it. I give my guys direction and spend some time on here each weeknight.

(Funny, when I was growing up, I always thought it would be so cool to get sponsored for surfing.)
