How are you doing?
I am based in Auckland and there have been some great events happening over the winter months.
I work for NZ Hot Rod and am on that forum under the same name

 

I am bringing this up in honor of my dad (see post 105) who passed away yesterday after a rough final 3 months. I was so fortunate for my final time with him on this trip. I learned so much from him without realizing it. He was a hard worker, a craftsman and so much more. I was very lucky to grow up having him for a father. He had some great advice too, one time when I was about 11 a kid at school kept teasing me, I asked dad what to do about it. He said I should punch him as hard as I could, right on the nose.

 

Sad news Kevin. Condolences to you and your family mate.

I know words cannot relieve you of your loss, but just know that your HAMB buddies are thinking of you.

sorry to hear Kev,lost my Dad 20yrs ago,a day does'nt by i do'nt think about him. it's not easy but it does get better.prayers ,take it slow

My thoughts are with you Kev and family. sad news mate. I dread the day, but treasure those that I can still share My Dad with my Son and daughters.

 

So Sad Kev, but you will always treasure those moments you last had with him.
Was the same when my dad passed away.

Like I said before, that picture is priceless. Even more so now that he is gone.
