This is a pot-luck type deal so bring some food to share withthe gang.

Need to double check the BBQ pit/grill stuff.

 

I have two 40# bags of mesquite I need to unload. If not there then the Strangers show for sure, they're taking up space in my garage! and I need that space bad!

Oh and I love me some bacon dogs!

 

I wont need a ton, I'll slow cook mine saturday and then give em a good crisp on the barbie

 

I'll have 1 ez up, 2 chairs, my weber bbq, a small folding table, and a couple packs of cheesy weenies and buns. And of course polish horseshoes

The place has bbq pits, but they are spread out amongst the tables. If we get one, i'm bringing my spare charcoal weber, we'll have 2. Pending how big this is of a turn out, we should be good. So people bringing charcoal for sure? Extra chairs would be good for people to bring too, along with food/etc.

 

I have a small smoker and a weber if someone has a truck to get them there.

I can wrangle up some appropriate grub!

 

I can probably come up with some chairs and maybe an EZUP if itll fit in my car. I have a small charcoal weber that I can toss in also, just in case.

I got 2 10x10 and one 12x12 Ez ups and 5 Tables. Got 20 chairs if needed.

We will be attending Woodys On The Warf on Saturday with the Royal Cruisers. I will let them know whats going on as they arent Hamb Members.

Also contacted the Bay Bombs and where are the Style Kings???

 

Not much shade at the area I'm picturing, so EZup's are a plus. There are benches, but they are spread out, so extra chairs are good too. Probably don't need that many tables, but 1 or 2 would probably come in handy. Stoked for this. Gonna be fun times.
