Non SBF or SBC engines in F-100

Got a 460 in my 66 and would you believe that if i drive it normally it will get better gas mileage then the original 352

 

Ford in a Ford! I'd vote for a nice 530ish stroked BBF.

 

It depends on your skill level,I had the same 500 turbo in a72 3/4 ton Ford and a 86 Ford Lariot,it`s a great combo especially if you add a shift kit to the tranny.

 

I sold the truck last year. I had forgotten about this thread until I saw it, lol.
