my car has a stock 51 flathead that was ebuilt by previous owner has T5 hydraulic throw out behind it ,the thing I hear sounds like main bearing rattle when shifting between gears 1-2 2-3 mostly honestly I think putting the 5 speed behind this is not worth it lugs down way to much in 5th to usefull just my opinion, but the noise doesn't make sense, throw the clutch in at that speed no noise ,not sure if there is a pilot bearing in this setup that could be loose or something in the total setup that is just a noise from the mating , just wondering is anyone else with this setup has any weird noise ,it is just for that split second as you run up to shift point does not make any noise after shifting step on it after no noise
