Starting Monday on the HAMB, we are going to have TECH week... That means no OFF TOPIC posts at all next week.

On Friday, I am going to pick the best technical thread and the author will get a '03 HAMB Drags shirt.

Get your tech shit ready fellas... It's on.

hummmm this should turn out to be interesting.

are you going to delete all of the OT posts, or leave it up to all of us to not post anything OT, might be hard for a select few

Cool! what a good idea Ryan !!!!! I think maybe I'll add to the incentive. Two old hotrod mags go to the winner along with the t-shirts.
Jan 1966 and July 1967 editions in good shape !

Sounds like the start of something good,

some of us might have to shut up and learn something.

and better yet, maybe someone that actualy knows something will post!

Even if you've never tried to do a tech post, give it a try. we may all learn something. I learned from C9 to do the text part on a word processor(read spell check) and then copy and paste it when you submit it. We all know what C9s tech posts are like. I hope we get a kazillion.

Just to answer his questions, HAMB drag t-shirts were available at the drags and sold out before the end of that day, so it's kind of like a collector's shirt [IMG]

Since I won't be doing a tech article, I'll offer my services to anyone who might need help putting a photo/photos in a certain area of your text. Also, my I suggest using a photo hosting site so the photos stay there alot longer, if not indefinitely.

Let me start the ball rolling.

Dupli Color multi purpose primer sucks donkey's ass. It's available from Adavance Auto Parts. Don't buy it, don't use it, it sucks donkey's ass!

Yes Nads, but for the money, Duplicolor Acrylic Enamel paint rocks. HOw can you say no to $33/gallon?

    Ed

  25. I agree with Nads. I used the flat black on my 64, and it didn't last long, or fill much or...

and fwiw, I could only buy 6 cans at a time due to stupid suburban white punk juvenile deliquents. It's a local law that ANYONE OF ANY AGE, can only buy 6 cans of aerosol paint in 24 hours... at the same store!
