new to this. just want to say hello. I got a 1955 pontiac star chief 4 door making a mild custom. learning as i go. wish me luck

 

Those '55 star chiefs are nice cars, good luck with it. A lot of knowledge floating around this site, just search and ask.

hey just picked me up a 55 starchief too.

does anybody know if the hood hinges are the same as 55 chevy?
seeing how the rest of the body is basicly chevy

Keep it Pontiac. You could find a 326/350 Pontiac fairly cheap for a cruiser.
