New wheels but no tires

Well the title is a lie I already have a set of cheater slick I plan on putting on my new chrome reverse wheels, but I need some help picking out front tires for my new mags that are 15x4, any ideas would be appreciated.

I looked at those, but they are kinda pricey. Any one know if there is an alliance discount on Hurst tires?
