Hot Rods New to me, '39 Ford Deluxe Coupe

    After looking for three years, the wife and I finally found a '39 Coupe w/a flathead, (I didn't want a SBC car) for a reasonable price. The process took about 4 weeks, but the we were able to finally make a deal and get the car home. I don't think I have ever seen my wife so excited about a car before.

    Thanks guys, very much appreciated, I never thought I could afford to build one, never mind own one.

    Mike, if this is indeed the same car that you were interested in, you know that the car was originally priced in the 40-50 range, and then the price dropped significantly. In the end, we were able to negotiate a better price and close the deal, and truthfully, we couldn't be happier.

    MAN!............That is a NICE 39! One of my favorite cars (right up there with a split window vet and 427 Cobra.)
