I needed new tires for my Shoebox for a while now. But I was dragging my feet in buying new one because I wanted to run Caddy caps. And since I had 16" wheels that wasn't gonna happen. So I finally pulled the trigger and got a set of 15" wheels and a set of Silvertowns from Coker. The caps are repops from Hubcap Mikes. I also got a set of '50 Olds caps so I can switch them out if I want.
The wheels are 15"x5" with 3" back space. The tires are 670- 15 BFG's. The wheels are a little wide for the tire , had to use a ratchet strap to get them to seat on the bead. But they are the closest in size that I could find that those caps would fit onto.
