just some pics from the family archives. the gasser vette was dads. sold long ago. next to the gasser (buried) is another 57 vette. it's the same car as the "ugly" one, the blown one and the red/orange one with the two kids in it. the 61 vette with all the trophies was dads buddy who won his class at the 1964 ahra nationals at U.S. 30 dragstrip. the 409 nomad is mine. the little guy next to the "ugly" vette is me!
i've still got the nomad, the 409 is gone tho. the blower motor is going in the 55 convert in my avatar. dad still has the 57 vette. the gasser is looong gone.
That shot with all the hardware is great, taken when a trophy was given for more than just showing up.
