Folks Of Interest New Orleans... Anythng I shouldn't pass up?

    Headed to New Orleans this week and was wondering if there is anything that I should see or do? Any Shops, cruise nights, shows, or cool places to go. Thanks for the imput.

    Ride the trolley car....get a tatoo at "Jackies".... Find a place called "The Maple Leaf" great music... and of course Burbon St.. But do be careful

    No reservations- right on Bourbon St. Bar across the street for take out drinks while you wait in line. Yeah you need a Jacket after 5. Best place in Nahlins, bar none.

  8. One more I eat at when I go over every other month or so is Charter House http://www.chartreshousecafe.com/
    And here's a tip for all the HAMB'rs whether or not you're coming to the Big Easy, go on restaurant.com and get coupons before you head out to eat. My wife's a coupon queenie and found this site. She bought a Charter House coupon for 70% off for only 3 buckola's. There was a minimum but my troop of four ate like kings for 35 clams, and that included tip.

    go to the foot of canal street, great food and a hell of a mall for the wifey. walk through the fountain once in cowboy boots, ruined the boots and that's the last I remember(alcohol involved)

    WWII history museum is a must see. Go early, you'll spend a long time reading and seeing everything.... I did.
