Hi my name is Gavin Mosher I am building a rat 49 Chevy truck I have a 84 chevy dually truck for some parts can anyone tell me if this dually rear end will be too wide for my frame rails and look stupid I love the look of the dully rat rods so anyone who can help without criticizing would be apreaciated

 

First read the rules..second do a intro..third no rat rod shit..

Who *cares* if one set of tires sets outside the wheel well! It's a rat IT'S ALL GOOD! Maybe you can set it on that 84 frame, or an S10 if you can find one affordably?

You have come to just the right place for this build! Just don't tell anybody it's a "rat" and they'll never complain!

Definitely need to see pics and have you figured out where you'll work in the spider webs and iron crosses?!? Color scheme or flat black with red wheels?!?

Where does the rubber rat and plastic skull go? Mexican or indian blankets?

Why don't we cut out the floor pan so you can see the road below and the driveshaft turning?!?

People will totally check out your car and not the painted one next to it.

Personally I'd put up a fake towtruck looking rig in back like a 70s c cab showcar or something but that's just me, I like to take it to the next level

or come think of it, since we're talking 70s, just flare the rear fenders enough to fit over both sets of tires! and you could add smokestacks like on the lil red express! and use a beer tap as a shifter!

Fuckin right I'ma paint 'em red, with Maltese crosses EVERYWHERE! Stop signs for floor boards, and a big 'ol mail box for a hood scoop! Rat a tat tat!

 

It helps if you take them off BEFORE you get in the shower.

Unless they are wet from standing in the toilet,, that I cant help you with.
