Awesome. Had my son running my mill ( sorta ) when he was 8, and my daughter spent New Years Eve in the garage "learning" how to weld when she was about 10. It didn't really take with either of them, but I still have all the metal they mangled sitting on a shelf. It's really nice when they want to help Daddy.

Thanks. I see pics like this and it makes me think the guys that talk about our hobby dying are full of shit.

You can't start them too early.

Good stuff. My daughter loves to play and help in the shed while I'm wrenchin. Sadly it's got nothing to do with the hobby dying. I'm not old (32) and see it as a gradual deskilling of society. I'd say most of the kids in the street couldn't change a tube in their bike.

That is very cool! I have 2 daughters and could never get them to help out in the garage. I had all I could do just to get them to check their oil and tire pressure :(

I have two daughters now grown with kids of their own but they would help in the garage or hangout with Dad, until their teens then it wasn't cool or fun anymore! So ENJOY while you can! Joe

    Happy Father's Day, Dad!
Nothing like the relationship between a Dad and his daughter(s).
I've got 2 sons, neither one's into cars ( the oldest DOES like bikes). My daughter told me what she wanted for her 8th birthday- a Harley chopper painted purple with silver ghost flames! Need I say more?
She's 24 now and still likes hot rods and her old man.
    That's some good stuff!
