    30 Buford

    Hi to all,

I joined today after a friend reccommended this site. After completing several projects over the past 10 years, 3 bikes and 2 cars. Last month I sold a nice Harley that I built so I could get the ball rolling on a street rod that I have been wanting to build. I have all the basic skills and tools as I like to do all the work myself. I just bought a '30 Model A with a Brookville Roadster body and a stock drivetrain and chasis. I plan on putting the body on a set of '32 rails with a V-8 and a standard tranny. I hope to be able to contribute when all is said and done. In the meantime, I hope to pick up some valuable knowledge from the forum.
    Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the HAMB... be careful with that street rod term... some around here don't like that description... trust me, I accidentally used it once... enjoy your time here...
