Hey everyone, had an account for awhile but i've just been a lurker so I wanted to introduce myself. I'm 21 and I live in citrus Heights. Me and my dad have a shop called Rods R Us in Carmichael and i've recently been getting into the family business, cutting my teeth trying to make something of myself for the future. I've raced sprint cars since I was 16 and recently decided to retire and start building some hotrods for myself instead so I have a safer future for me and my gal. I recently purchased a shoebox project from a friend, and i've been plugging away on that! Anyways thought i'd get myself on here because im gonna start selling some parts tof und my project haha, take 'er easy!
Yeah man, i bought it froma guy named dan outta orangevale, im right off madison between dewey and san juan, our shop is on fair oaks behind american pasttimes.
Welcome a board... i'm up the hill in shingle springs.. and i leave a lot of $$$ at american pasttime.. Jay knows.
Hey, new to this site too. I'm in Sacramento. Doing a 1930 Model A-- 60's style chopped channeled nailhead..you know..did some 40's 50's cars so new to this era. In fact the Good Guys just put a pic of my 1948 chevy at the August Nationals in Pleasenton I built. I thought that was cool given all the nice cars out there. I like your project. Always did like the shoe boxes too. I just sold my 52 Chevy shoe box I did. In fact the guy who makes Pupperoni dog treats bought it. And he threw in a case of Pupperoni treats for my dog!!
