Hi, Folks; I grew up in the early-to-mid-'60's with my family as members of an antique car club. My first car/project was a '31 Model A Standard Roadster (before I could drive), while my family's rides were a '37 Caddy touring car and a '38 Packard 110. I went on to be a National-level sports car road racer (Mustang) and racing instructor, but that was many years ago. Anxious to get back into car stuff, so I thought I'd explore this avenue.
Welcome from east bay ca. I grew up in Danbury ct and was member of the Modifiers HR club in the late fifties and untill 1961.
Welcome from the west coast of Florida. I lived in the Silvermine section of Norwalk 21 years ago. Road racing means you must have spend time at Lime Rock or Bridgehampton Raceway. When I raced karts with the Connecticut Kart Club we used to race at the Bridgehampton and it was always a thrill just to have the honor of racing at place with so much racing history associated with it.
