Hey My name is Amy I'm 18 and just got my first fixer upper car! It's a 1940 Pontiac 4 door sedan, it has a strait 6 engine but I'm not sure it works yet... I got into old cars not to long ago when I saw my boyfriend and his dad racing their 1958 chassis research TE-440 Front engine dragster (my boyfriend told me to say that lol) in the Antique Nationals, I have been glued to it ever since and can't help but to love it!

Here is my Pontiac! It needs a lot of tender loving care and I will need a lot of help from you guys (info and such)! Excited to be apart of this family!

That's going to require a lot of work, but, that would make a sweet looking BOMB.

1940 is the last year that GM cars had suicide rear pasanger doors. So, good luck with it, but, little by little and before you know it, you will have a sweet ride on your hands.

Here's a link to give you some neat ideas. Check towards the middle pages in this thread. I think there might be a Poncho like yours done in BOMB fashion.
