Kind of off topic, but I also have an antique wheel horse. Got it 5 years ago, and restored it 4 yrs ago. I tried to keep it as original as possible, so I kept everything original except the seat, carb, belt guard, throttle, and the front tires. Yes, it has the original back tires! When I got it, I was told by the owner it was a 59'. Then I found it was a 60', then the president of the Wheel Horse club of America told me it was a 61'. It is the rare mid-engine (meaning that the engine is in your lap) Are you sure your's is a 52' because mine looks just like it and I suppose it is a 61'. And besides, I read that WH didn't start until around 57'.

    Thanks
