My name is Bud and I'm a new guy to the H.A.M.B. from Des Moines, Iowa. I don't currently have a custom or rod at the moment but I'm hopeing that next spring I will be able to change that. I want to build a 49-54 Chevy 2 door sedan. I currently own a 69 GMC and have spent the last 10 years or so messing with 67-72 Chevy/GMC's. Having owned eight 67-72 trucks I want to finally move on to the kind of cars I dreamed of growing up. I'm 30 years old and have a family now so trucks just don't do for cruising anymore. I have been working on pinstriping and sign painting off and on for 9 years but more seriously in the last few. I hope to learn alot and maybe help where I'm welcome on the site. Thanks.
Welcome from Riverside, IA I understand your situation with kids. About 10 years ago in my early 30's I picked up a 66 Chrysler 4drHT. My kids were "car seat" age and getting them into their seats in a 2dr was really a pain. My kids and I had such a blast with the Chrysler that now that they are getting close to driving age they both want it. Carmak
