I am one of those guys people on the net seem to hate. I am getting ready to do a frame swap I have a 1948 f-1 and I am going to install the body on a 1996 2wd ford explorer with a v8. My biggest problem is deciding on trying to keep all of the explorers wiring and running the fuel injection or to strip everything and go with a carb and hi rise intake and do a painless wiring harness. I would like to keep the fuel injection and get rid of all of the o2 sensors and all of the smog crap. Is this possible? I need some direction please help.
