I worked on the first 15" diameter cast wheel today and it turned out pretty good but need to polish it up a little more, Im going to play around with a leather wrapped grip for it I think. I have been working on the rearview mirror and it's almost finished.. I got the gusset end cap for the tank brackets today also.

Just checked out your web site. Excellent work with the Schroder steering box mount and steering arm for the traditional steering set up, simply awsome !!!!

Are you sand casting your parts, or are you sending out your mold (Cope & Drag) for a pour ?

    Looking good as usual Kirk.

Did you ever recover anything you "lost" this summer? Or at least no problems with the insurance company?

Anyway, glad to see you still pluggin away.

I have had no leads on the robbery... it's like Fort Knox around there now!!
The gusset cover is a end cover that goes over the end of tank bracket, just a detail piece like the finned cover, I have a bullet end cap coming soon.
    Thanks Crafty

You might want to contact the SCTA before you produce any of those column drops. It is their logo and they are very much in the business of selling SCTA merchandise. That said, I do appreciate your work product. vic

Did you make your own 15" round? I'd like one for a wheel I'm restoring...

I don't want the whole wheel, just a 15" round...maybe 1" stock. What would you charge for that?
