Sold one of my coupes and just brought this virgin back from Pittsburgh to Dayton and can't wait to ravage her.. Heavy chop, hooded, and fenderless sedan is my plan.. Not channeled but just a nice lowered profile(early 50's style I think).. Yea, I like fenders too and these are good but I've been wanting to do a hi-boy sedan for a while.. I was looking for just a body but this is what became available.. I love new projects.. Something like the last pic except with a hood and a tad lower.......

  6. Nice Tudor! Are you keeping the seats?

  7. It looks to be a good car to start with. Keep the seats, and yes they make great Hi Boys, this one is my sons, he did not want to chop it.

If my seats could look like those^^^ I might keep them......

  9. I like what you have in mind, that car was inspiration for me too when I got started. I thought about a coupe at first but there is just something about a Tudor. Good luck with the build, I will be watching.

I also plan to keep my seats. ;)

Nice find, love the 28/29 style over the taller 30/31 grill look.

Got back to working on my car lately. Dropped the body on last night for fit and stuff.

No chop or channel but kicked up the frame in the rear and run '42 axles front and rear with spring in front and behind which dropped the car more.
