Ya, and then come back on here and tell us what happened to this project. I've been asking and waiting for close to a year now. How about someone else catching the crap for being interested.

Anything for an old buddy Todd!

73RR I looked at that link and found everything on Gene Adams except contacting him? You got a number or email?

Tom S. I take it customer service wasn't strong point?

We'll keep the siamesed situaation a secret. They will be water cooled unlike the Donovan version.

  10. Siamese blocks not for the street, that's a old wives tale. If someone is having cooling issues, they have problems that need to be addressed other than the block design. TR

  11. Are they available and how much are they??

Siamesed cylinders are used by most major auto manufacturers,so that should be a non-issue! ROY.

The new Hotrod mag has a nice section on 392's, they say that Gene will have the new blocks available early next year...

  14. Nothing wrong with siamesed cyls on the street.

  15. TRADITIONALLY....they aren't any good, dang nabbit......siamesed cylinders. Back in the day that's not how it was done...;)>

Heck, back in the day we didn't have internet or Victoria's Secret either, both are good things. Nothing wrong with improving things!

Damn...now I have to go buy it.

Ok....just bought the issue. Pretty much what I expected. I cant say as they did me any favors. The author forgot to mention that even with 4 bolt caps, it is my (obsolete) girdle that eliminated the cap walk problem in the Gene Adams/HotHeads EMC entry. Oh well. They do mention my stepped balancer key. Next month they are doing transmission adapters. I can hardly wait.

I talked to Gene last week. They are still in the works. Some core shift issues needed to be taken care of.

The report that I got a couple months back said they were still working out the kinks. No new timeline...

You would think with current asking prices of ~$2k for a usable block, this project would have legs.
