Need wheel size help

I'm putting a 62 bel air together and I want to run 14" wheels. Ideally I'd like to run a reverse wheel, but the car will lay out on air bags. Will a set of 14x7 reverse work, or will there be issues with the tires hitting the fender lips?

As awesome as that would be, it would appear that either there is no new registration there, or they just don't want me to join. I've emailed the admin about registering a couple times and have received no answer.
