Need some help from a Modesto Hamber

I found a truck on Craigslist that looks good but the guy can't take anymore pics of it for some reason. If someone out there could go check it out for me I would pay for thier time. It's a long drive for me if it's a basket case is all. Thanks allot.

The truck is downtown Modesto. Not sure how big the city is???
