I need to remove the moulding strip that goes across the front base of winsheild area. its teh strip that the two wiper sockets come up thru..

looks like the wiper nuts possible screw off and the 2 covers under teh wiper arms would come off....is this correct?

once the wiper items are off...how does the trim attach? from bottom, snaps from top...????

thanks for any help...its the last piece of trim left

If I remember right... my 50 Olds had nuts you had to take off from under the dash. That was 30 years ago. I don't think it was as bad as it sounds.

do the wiper garnishment remove by just unscrewing the center nut?

im thinking a 90 degree bent needle nose will accomplish that....any tricks there?
