Would anyone happen to know the names of the owners of these cars? (the photos were taken at the Old Style Weekend) Or would you know how to contact these guys? Thanks a lot if you can help! If you have any other info (technical, anecdotes, etc.) on these cars, that would be useful to me too!
    Thanks,

    Jerry

That Zephyr has been mentioned on many topics/threads here at Hamb. Search forum, I guess you'll find more info. Or read latest issue of Finnish Kulture-magazine Primer, www.platuart.com
Behind that car is another Finnish car, '50 Buick, equipped with 460 cid and airbags.

Car number 6, this was suede black year ago, wasn't it?

Car #1 is being built by a guy named Emil didn't catch his last name, but I have his cell phone number somewhere. I think he said it was an upside down Essex frame he used. It runs a Y-block and has a crayzy double quarter elliptical rear suspension. It has aluminium wheels that were said to be from a old carraige, don't know if that's true. This guy is also building super cool modified from a 27 model T where the frame is not welded but riveted together. It has a hopped up B-Banger with a rare Record ohv head.

Car #4: Is my buddy Jonas Andersson's Ford 28 with straight six Chrysler Spitfire engine. He's on here as Spitfire28. The black telephone boot behind it is my (Magnus Börjesson) 31 coupe. Nothing special about it, but I won the Hill climb :)

Car #5. I should be able to get his name because this car was featured in a mag I have sometime ago.

Car #6: Don't have his name now but I can come back later with it.

Car #8: Get get you his name later too. This had an extra flathead block in the rear to get better traction in the Hill climb.

I think it's the coolest thing that Sweden/Finland/Norway?etc have a traditional scene. I guess Klaus might have a little something to do with keeping it rolling :)

  7. Thank you for the confidence in my traditionalism, but Sweden have had a heathly relationship with cars since atleast the 40's. Some say that the country should be the 51'st state of America. I believe they are doing quite well on their own. I'm just happy to live in the "51'st State" :)
