    D is 283/powerglide

    K 19 2 is Nov 19 1962
    L 7 2 is Dec 7 1962

Looks like you may have a 63 engine or at least 63 heads on it? what's the casting date code on the block? should be back there near the casting number. The assembly date is 01 09 which is Jan 9th, but the D code was used for several years so we dont know for sure what year the engine is

A 9 3 is the casting date for the block, strange that it was assembled the same day it was cast (Jan 9 1963)
