Probably the wrong venue (feel free to redirect if it is) but I have two disassembled motors in Moab (Utah) that I need shipped up to Seattle. I understand the need to cover costs but isn't there anyone out there who is coming from that direction and has space to load and transport?

I mean, 75 cents/mile for two motors? A little out of my price range...

Any help is greatly appreciated--thanks in advance.

Try your local Fastenall store. If you can package it on a pallet they will ship it.

  3. "Disassembled Motors " can mean a lot of different things ...

It can be a big load or a small load ....

I agree that you need to find someone heading your way that has extra room to get a good rate. If you got time, you can advertise on uship and hopefully find multiple of people heading that way to underbid the next guy. just remember though, just like ebay, the cheapest price might not be the best deal, make sure you look at their feedback.
