Hot Rods Need help to find what this fits for another project

I have this under the dash switch bezel, got it to possible use on another project. I can't seen to find what it fits so I can get the switches for it. Can someone tell what its from?

 

I suspect that the 3 labeled holes use cables. The center one was the fan switch. No help as to original application.

 

May be for aftermarket add on heater.

 

I was thinking the same being they were cables, I may just open up the hole some and use switches instead.
Found that Friday at the Dunkirk, NY swap meet could not pass it up for $2.00, I did blast it and powder coat it yesterday, it looked a lot worse when I got it.

 

I believe it's a control panel for a Ford script fresh air heater. Something like '48 through '50 or so.
