I have been utilizing the search feature with good information but not pertaining to what I'm seeking. Here is what I have: 1954 Chevy 2 door 210 I am slapping on a 1968 Chevy Nova's rear end (8.2 10 bolt) I am not going to bag it. No Airbags at all. I am looking for a 4 link kit w/ coilovers that will lower the body without cutting out C Notches on the chassis. I DO NOT want to cut out the floor boards or trunk area. Ive tried looking for direction and cannot find results. Could anyone help or point me in the right direction?
I looked at the Jegs Universal 4 link suspension, anyone have good experience with this? http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS-Performance-Products/555/64650K2/10002/-1
I looked at that 4 link too. It will work but I didn't like the Idea of welding the four link onto the top hat style frame. What I ended up with was the Chassis Engineering rear spring kit for 49 to 54 Chevy's. It lowered it about 2 inches from stock and I'll be putting 2 inch blocks on it shortly after I get the front down a little more. It rides like a caddilac and your rear from a 68 nova is a bolt in for the kit. I'd look into that kit, the single best thing I've done to my 51. Here is how it sits now.
