History Need help ID'ing this car...Maybe a Dodge?

Title says it all.

 

Not a Dodge, but it has a tie bar between the headlights, with an emblem, That will narrow it down a bit.

I enlarged the pic but can't make out the radiator emblem, or the tie bar emblem.

it might be a Stude, around 28-29-30... I think your pic shows a 6 on the tie bar?

I see what could be an eagle on the radiator emblem?
