Found a pretty cool old hubcap today and am wondering who made these or what they came off of.

It is definitely an aftermarket wheel cover, not OEM.

  4. Look around on the inside for a stamping. It may be a cal custom and if so it will have cal custom stamped on the inside. There were other manufacturers that also made hubcaps and some of them stamped them some did not. I got some from whittney in the late '60s that were sold as cal custom, they were stamped high luster japan. I was disappoionted but they were cheap and looked the part.

  5. Looks like a old J.C. Whitney or Western Auto aftermarket hubcap. HRP

  6. aftermarket I am sure. but the spinner is an ad on.? I have some of those caps and the spinners, but not together on one cap..my 02 cents

Thank you all for the input I agree they are aftermarket, there are not many around anymore. It's shame they are in such rough shape. it would be cool to have a pair for my cars.
