Technical Need Help ID Sun Tach

Bought this Tach for my Banger at a swap meet . It is a 4000rpm and has 595 on back with 2 inputs . Input on right just says INPUT , Input on left has INPUT IT-4032 with 11 under it . Down by the ground bolt there is a circle with ExJR and a 74 under that .

Any help on this

Not sure how to and if I can wire tis to my 12volt system

 

I know one thing, it's gonna be hard to see! Post some pics, it will be easier to iD for someone here. For anyone to tell you what it is with the info you gave will be a long shot. Not saying it can't happen because there are some amazing people here. Pics will make it a lot easier.
