I have been cutting larger diameter filters to fit this and I'm damn tired of it. Does anyone know where to find a replacement air filter to fit this intake? I've searched this forum, online stores, local auto parts etc. It sits on an Edelbrock 600 carb and has Mr. Roadster label inside the scoop. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
You are going to have to make one I believe. This is an NOS Badger carb scoop. They supplied a filter that was simply a section cut from a common round air filter. I think I'd make some kind of retainer/frame and use K&N filter material so that it can be serviced instead of replaced.
Yeah, Tommy, that's pretty much what I'v been doing. Just seems there should be some replacement filter made for this. Appreciate your input. Guess I'll keep doing that until I change out this setup. Thanks.
