Need help 54 chevy blower/heater core??

Mine just started leaking, but as I was searching the net, I found a bunch of places that sell seals...could this be the problem? Any help or opinions appreciated!!!

local shop repaired my core im looking for a 12 blower now

 

Probably cracked. Have you pulled it out yet to inspect it?

 

my 54 was leaking to corrosion, like typical heater core, the worst part is that it started to leak during the 4th of july parade and i always run super hot during the parade. i made it home with only small amount of coolant on the pass floor,

i thought about replacing the core but realized that i only drive the car in the summer so why do i need a heater core???

so i did the ole bypass

i picked up a heater delete plate and vent control that will be the final fix

 

the core doesn't have any seals. check the hose clamps i've seen them leak into the car. the seals are probably for the air box.
